The meeting notetaker your compliance team can say yes to.

Keeter takes meeting notes on your own Windows computer. No bot joins your call, and in local mode your audio and transcripts stay on your machine.

What Keeter does now

In development — not available yet

  • Live answers. When someone asks a question in the meeting, Keeter shows an answer and where it came from.
  • Your own AI, only if you want it. Use your Claude, OpenAI or Grok account. Off unless you turn it on.
  • Compliance mode:
    • a consent notice and a consent log for every meeting
    • a tamper-evident meeting record you can verify
    • retention, auto-delete and legal hold
    • automatic redaction of sensitive numbers
    • a log of what any AI was sent
    • export to the archiving tools firms already use

None of these are in Keeter yet. We'll update this page as each one ships.

Who it's for

  • Law firms — client conversations you want to keep off other people's servers.
  • Financial advisers and wealth managers — client meetings that need careful notes.
  • Insurance agencies — calls where what was said matters later.
  • Healthcare practices — meetings where privacy comes first.
  • Government contractors — work that should stay on your own machines.

Why it matters

Recording laws differ by state and country. Some require everyone on the call to agree before anyone records. Keeter's consent notice and consent log are in development to help with that.

Keeter is in private beta, on Windows.
